1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to pk98. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk98 ("we", "us", "our", "pk98") governing your use of the pk98 website at pk98.ws and all services, games, and betting products available on it. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager at pk98, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pk98 platform. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. pk98 will display a notice on the platform when material changes are made, but continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To open a pk98 account and use any of our services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk98 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where use of pk98 is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed pk98 account. Each person is permitted one account only.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or operating a pk98 account.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or contractor of pk98 or any of its affiliated companies, or a close family member of such a person.

pk98 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm that you meet the above eligibility requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Management

Your pk98 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other person. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials including your password and any two-factor authentication details. pk98 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your pk98 account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified pk98 of unauthorised access promptly and we have confirmed the notification. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact pk98 support immediately via live chat or at support@pk98.ws.

• Accounts that show no activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant by pk98.
• Dormant account fees may apply as detailed in the fees schedule published on the platform.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting pk98 support. Any pending bets will be settled before closure is completed.
• pk98 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion with reasonable notice, returning any available balances to the player.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at pk98 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk98 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. pk98 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside pk98's control.

Withdrawals may be made to the same payment method used for deposits. pk98 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. pk98 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

pk98 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in the same name as the pk98 account. pk98 reserves the right to reverse any deposit where this condition is not met and return the funds to the source account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pk98 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published alongside the promotion details on the platform. The general rules below apply to all pk98 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and over only.
• The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome offer.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified on the promotion. Uncompleted requirements after the deadline result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• pk98 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a bonus if it believes the offer is being exploited or abused.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being flagged and closed.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid for the specific game(s) stated in the promotion terms only, for the duration specified, and at the stake level specified.

pk98 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting promotional offers — including through matched betting across multiple accounts, arbitrage, or systematic staking patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account reviewed or closed.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and event betting at pk98. Specific rules for individual sports, leagues, and market types are published in the betting rules section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed — if this happens, pk98 will notify you of the new odds and give you the option to accept or decline before the bet is placed.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended unless pk98 has declared the market void or the event has been cancelled.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market and are displayed before bet placement. pk98 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any account at its discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability. pk98 may suspend in-play markets at any time for operational reasons.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — for example, a decimal odds of 50.00 that should clearly be 5.00 — pk98 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. Players will be notified and stakes returned promptly.
• PSL (Pakistan Super League) and international cricket markets are covered under specific cricket betting rules available in the sports betting section of pk98.

7. Casino and Games Rules

All casino games, slot games, card games, and Ludo games at pk98 are governed by the specific rules of each individual game, which are available within the game itself. The following general rules apply across all pk98 game products:

• Game outcomes at pk98 are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems. These systems are regularly tested to ensure fairness and unpredictability.
• Malfunction of any game voids all plays and pay for the malfunctioning round. Stakes are returned to the player's account.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical issue (disconnection, server error), pk98 will complete the round using the last valid game state recorded on our servers. Any resulting outcome stands.

• Colluding with other players in any pk98 game or bet, including sharing information about cards, game state, or planned actions in real time.

pk98 employs advanced monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited activity will be suspended immediately. pk98 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators where required to do so.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

pk98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time where there is a reasonable basis to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes.
• Verification documents provided are false, incomplete, or cannot be verified.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• The account is subject to a legal order or regulatory requirement.
• Continued operation of the account presents a financial or reputational risk to pk98.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pk98 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, available balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting pk98 support. There are no fees for voluntary account closure. Any pending bets will be settled according to their terms before closure is finalised.

11. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any pk98 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of pk98's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

pk98 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure uninterrupted, error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from technical issues. In particular, pk98 shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms limits pk98's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.

pk98 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a pk98 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk98 uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and — where you have opted in — send you marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
